Reviews and Ratings
During my stay, I found the hotel to be cozy and quiet, ensuring a real family holiday time with clean bathrooms and all the necessary facilities. However, the absence of a deadbolt lock was a minor inconvenience.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The rooms were just perfect, but the noise from the nearby mechanical room was quite bothersome. It took a while for the room to warm up, which was a bit inconvenient. The service, however, was beyond amazing and very informative. The location was great for snowmobiling and visiting Yellowstone, but some aspects of the room could be improved.
My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were large, clean, and had a good-sized TV in the front room. The staff was welcoming and helpful, making our experience even better. The location was perfect for exploring the area, especially for snowmobiling. The dining options were good, with a variety of dishes. The facilities were top-notch and added to the overall enjoyment of the stay.
The hotel was in a prime location, close to the Yellowstone west entrance and offered beautiful views, though some room issues were noted. The service was exceptional, accommodating our unexpected departure. The dining options were a mix of positives and negatives, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, but there was a noticeable stale odor. The service lacked empathy, although they did keep the room stocked with bottled water. The location was convenient for my Yellowstone visit, but not as close to the entrance as I had hoped. The dining options were not impressive, with limited choices and below-average quality. Overall, it was an average stay with some ups and downs.
The hotel is conveniently close to West Yellowstone Entrance, offering spacious and well-decorated rooms. The maintenance staff was friendly, but the front desk service could have been more welcoming. The noise generated by the mechanical room every 10-15 minutes until 10 pm was a downside.
The hotel provided a spacious and comfortable stay with very clean rooms, though we missed housekeeping on our last day. The service was friendly and attentive. The location was perfect for outdoor activities, but a bit far from the Yellowstone park entrance. The dining options were mediocre compared to other places. Overall, it offered good value for money.
